Contract length

SaaS plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing gives a 15% discount. Track A licence is perpetual with an optional annual retainer renewal.

Overage policy

Storage overages are billed at the add-on rate above. We alert you before any overage is incurred — no surprise bills.

Data ownership

You own your data at all times. On cancellation, we provide a full export within 30 days. For Track A deployments, your data never leaves your Azure tenant.
